1) Working jointly with Sales Team, Senior Managers in aligning customer conversions, building up customer conversions, customer confidence on NVGL and interlining with internal teams including CS/Ops/CC to ensure utmost customer satisfaction. 2) Working with Front Line Sales Team / Trade Managers towards joint working for conversion of customers. 3) Core focus and commitment to build inside sales for development of new clients and deep selling into existing ones. 4) Development of focused Trade Lanes of NVGL like Italy, USA, AU, NZ, etc. 5) Taking feedback from the customers after sale and encouraging them to come out with suggestion to improve services. 6) Monitoring and maintaining the frequency of shipment status and updates. 7) Maintaining turnaround time to revert the customers queries. 8) Prompt and precise decision making at normal situations and emergencies
