Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader with a strong background in hardcore sales and team management within the BFSI, NBFC, or broader finance industry. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, develop strategic initiatives, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Mentor, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Lead and execute sales strategies with a focus on MSMEs Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the MSME sectors. Stay informed on government and private funding schemes for MSMEs such as MUDRA, CGTMSE, Stand-Up India, and others. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market penetration. Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize team performance and identify growth opportunities. Work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years experience in hardcore sales. Proven experience in team management and leadership. Prior experience in the BFSI, NBFC, or finance industry is essential. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives.
