Job Title: Team Leader BPO Operations (Sales Mandate Experience) Location: Noida Job Type: Full-Time Industry: BPO/Call Center Mnadatory : Health Insurance Sales Experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of BPO sales agents to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs. Monitor and manage shrinkage and attrition rates, implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention. Oversee dialer management, optimizing call flow and ensuring maximum efficiency. Track team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to enhance productivity. Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement in sales and operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with senior management to implement strategies for business growth and process improvements. Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns effectively. Required Qualifications & Skills : . Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a Team Leader role within a BPO sales process. Strong knowledge of shrinkage, attrition, and dialer management. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
