We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Lead to guide and support our business development team, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional IT solutions to clients across various industries. Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Team Lead with a strong background in IT lead generation and sales leadership . As the Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth. Your expertise in IT services sales, along with your ability to mentor and guide the team, will be key to achieving the company's sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales Strategy: Drive the development and execution of lead generation strategies focused on IT services such as cloud solutions , cybersecurity , IT consulting , and more. Identify high-potential markets and target industries to grow our client base. Oversee and participate in the qualification of leads, ensuring that the team targets the right prospects. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) , providing guidance and coaching to help them meet or exceed sales targets. Set clear performance goals, track progress, and provide regular feedback to the team. Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and industry knowledge of the BDE team. Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the management of the sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of leads and opportunities. Review sales activities, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve team performance. Ensure that all sales processes and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) are followed accurately. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships. Participate in high-level client meetings and presentations as required. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about the latest trends in the IT services industry, particularly in cloud computing , cybersecurity , and enterprise IT solutions . Analyze competitors’ offerings and propose strategies to differentiate our services in the marketplace. Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT lead generation or sales within the IT services industry . Proven experience managing and leading a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) or sales professionals. Strong understanding of IT services , including Mobile application Development, Website Design & Development, Digital Marketing services and IT consulting . Skills & Knowledge: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales strategy development and pipeline management skills. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tracking tools. Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve team performance. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing , Information Technology , or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications in sales and IT services are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B sales, especially in enterprise IT solutions or IT consulting . Knowledge of digital transformation and its impact on businesses.
