Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead with a strong background in real estate sales leadership. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience leading sales teams, driving performance, and achieving revenue targets in the real estate domain. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met. • Design and implement strategic sales plans specific to the Thane and Mumbai real estate market. • Train and motivate the sales team to improve performance and client engagement. • Monitor KPIs, analyze sales trends, and generate detailed reports for management. • Assist in closing high-ticket deals and maintaining long-term client relationships. • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute effective lead-generation campaigns. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property market trends, pricing, and competitor activity. Requirements: • Any graduate. (MBA is a plus). • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Lead in the real estate industry. • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate sales processes. • Knowledge of the Thane and Mumbai real estate market is preferred.
