Key Responsibilities: β Work in a fast-paced environment to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth. β Make calls and follow up with potential clients, aiming to convert leads into sales. β Conduct online product demonstrations for potential clients. β Maintain follow-ups over calls and build a robust sales pipeline. β Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers. β Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them. β Provide training and coaching to help team members perform well and achieve sales targets. β Building and hiring of the sales team of Business Development Associates as per the company expansion plan. β Ensure that company targets are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress. Required Experience: β Minimum 2+ years in Edtech Sales OR Saas Sales (6 Months in Team Handling). β Experience in education sales is highly preferred. β Previous roles: Business Development Manager, Associate Team Lead, or Senior Sales Executive.
