🏢 Role Overview: Team Leader – Sales (Real Estate)Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets. Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion. Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and make data-driven decisions. Coaching and Development: Provide ongoing support and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members. Lead Generation: Oversee lead generation efforts and ensure the team effectively follows up with potential clients. Negotiation and Closing: Assist with negotiations and closing deals, particularly on high-value transactions. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations within the real estate industry. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: 5–6 years in sales, with at least 3 years in a team lead role. Location: Preference for candidates based in Mumbai; outstation candidates are generally not preferred. Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Compensation: ₹4–9 LPA, with additional performance-based incentives. Notice Period: Candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less are preferred. Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments. Resilience and motivation to handle rejections and stay positive. Capability to improvise sales pitches based on customer interactions. Maturity to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Ability to keep the sales team motivated.
