The ideal candidate will have hands-on sales experience, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. This role requires strategic thinking, daily team supervision, and a passion for achieving high performance. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support a team of sales executives. Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback. Lead training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements. Drive the team to achieve lead conversion and revenue targets. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with key clients and prospects. Support sales executives in high-value negotiations and closing deals. Resolve escalated client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain accurate sales records and reports. Coordinate with marketing and operations to align on campaigns, feedback, and service delivery. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team management. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead by example and drive a high-performance culture. Preferred Skills: Experience in service-based industries (e.g., design, digital marketing, IT). Knowledge of sales funnels and modern lead nurturing techniques.
