The ideal candidate will have hands-on sales experience, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. This role requires strategic thinking, daily team supervision, and a passion for achieving high performance. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership:  Supervise, mentor, and support a team of sales executives.  Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.  Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.  Lead training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Sales Strategy & Execution:  Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.  Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.  Drive the team to achieve lead conversion and revenue targets. Client Engagement:  Build strong relationships with key clients and prospects.  Support sales executives in high-value negotiations and closing deals.  Resolve escalated client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting & Coordination:  Maintain accurate sales records and reports.  Coordinate with marketing and operations to align on campaigns, feedback, and service delivery.  Provide regular updates and insights to senior management. Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.  3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.  Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team management.  Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to lead by example and drive a high-performance culture.
