Location: Opera Garden Project, Zirakpur, Punjab Duration: 3 Months (Traineeship) Vacancies: 5 Sales Trainees Stipend: 5,000 to 12,000/month Full-Time Opportunity: 2 out of 5 trainees will be offered a full-time Sales Executive role based on performance About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic, and self-motivated individuals to join us as Sales Trainees for our premium real estate project Opera Garden in Zirakpur. This is a structured training program designed to give freshers or early professionals an immersive experience into the real estate sales cycle from lead generation to client closing. Key Responsibilities: Engage with walk-in customers and follow up on leads Understand customer requirements and match them with suitable apartment options Give project tours and explain project USPs and pricing Maintain client interaction records and daily visit reports Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for lead feedback and pipeline tracking Support the sales team in organizing site visits, events, and promotional activities Who Can Apply: Fresh graduates or final-year students (any stream) with good communication skills Passionate about real estate, sales, and client interaction Good command over English, Hindi, and Punjabi preferred Must have own conveyance (preferred) Willing to work on weekends with a compensatory weekly off What We Offer: Hands-on training in high-value real estate sales Mentorship by experienced professionals Certificate of Completion after 3 months Stipend of 5,000 to 12,000/month Opportunity for a full-time role with salary + incentives for the top performer How to Apply: Email your resume to ys@operagarden.in Subject Line: Application for Sales Trainee - Opera Garden
