Job Description

This role is responsible for managing quarterly training programs for Dealer Sales Executives, including content development and vendor coordination to ensure effective execution. It focuses on enhancing team capabilities by upskilling Kinetic Green members to meet business objectives. The role also involves evaluating training effectiveness and implementing strategies for continuous improvement in delivery and outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities To deliver training sessions for Dealer Sales Executive of 2W Network & Internal Associates, develop Training Tools, Maintain MIS, create Training content, check training effectiveness as well as new dealer induction. Build engaging and powerful, practical content and training techniques Set up the complete training ecosystem to cater to new joinees / existing team - basis benchmarks, brand goals & business needs. Maintain 2W Training Calendar. Conduct Training Effectiveness Checks Maintain Training MIS New Dealer Induction Training Innovate tools that are in line with Training Innovation KPI 100% Dealer Sales Executive Training (Quarterly basis) Content Development for regular training Manage vendors to enable completion training programs Enable and upskill the Kinetic Green team members to deliver key goals Check Training Effectiveness & ways on improving training delivery
