Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs specifically for the diagnostics field (e.g., pathology, molecular diagnostics, preventive health). Conduct training need analysis (TNA) across sales teams and develop tailored training interventions. Facilitate onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure alignment with Neubergs culture, product knowledge, and sales strategy. Collaborate with sales leadership and product management teams to ensure alignment of training with sales goals and market strategy. Conduct field visits and on-the-job coaching to assess the implementation of training and reinforce learning. Develop and maintain training content, sales scripts, manuals, and e-learning modules. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Organize refresher trainings and periodic workshops based on business needs and product launches. Support digital training initiatives via LMS and virtual platforms. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and diagnostic advancements to enhance training content. Required Qualifications & Skills : 512 years of experience in sales training within the diagnostics or healthcare industry . Proven success in training diagnostic sales teams and improving sales performance. Strong understanding of diagnostic tests, laboratory workflows, and healthcare sales dynamics. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to design effective training content using instructional design principles. Strong analytical skills for measuring training effectiveness and ROI. Willingness to travel extensively across regions for training delivery and field support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, presentation tools, and learning management systems (LMS).
