Job Description

Key Responsibilities : 1. Training Program Design & Delivery Design and implement comprehensive training programs focused on selling language courses and related products. Develop and deliver engaging workshops, presentations, and hands-on coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques, communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills. Create training manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources to support ongoing learning and development. 2. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with academic teams and subject matter experts to stay updated on product features, updates, and enhancements. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align training programs with overall business strategies. Engage with stakeholders to tailor training initiatives that address evolving organizational and market needs. 3. Needs Assessment & Performance Analysis Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) using performance data and feedback. Identify skill gaps and design targeted training solutions to address them effectively. Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes, sales team performance, and areas requiring improvement. 4. Project Management Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. Manage timelines, track project progress, and ensure successful implementation of training initiatives. 5. Team Leadership & Mentorship Act as a mentor to sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment. Provide individualized guidance and constructive feedback to promote team growth and success. 6. Customer-Centric Sales Training Train sales representatives to identify customer needs, preferences, and learning goals to offer personalized course recommendations. Promote customer-focused sales approaches to enhance satisfaction and retention. Skills Required: Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Proven experience designing and implementing sales training programs. Familiarity with e-learning platforms, tools, and content development. Willingness to travel as required. Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and develop actionable training strategies.
