We work with IT services, SaaS, and product companies globally, with 80% of our business coming from the US. As we scale, we are looking for talented SDRs to drive appointment setting and revenue growth.Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Appointment Generation / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and set up high-quality appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B lead generation, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales outreach.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate leads.Identify and qualify potential customers by understanding their business needs.Set up high-quality appointments for the sales team.Follow up with prospects through personalized outreach and nurture campaigns.Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM tools.Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns.Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach and appointments set.Qualifications & Skills1+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (preferably in IT services, SaaS, or marketing).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong cold calling and email outreach experience.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).Ability to handle objections and engage in meaningful conversations with prospects.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.Basic understanding of demand generation and account-based marketing is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work with global clients and top-tier B2B companies.Career growth in a fast-growing marketing and sales firm.Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid).Continuous training and development programs.Interested?
