Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Department: Marketing & CRM Location: Hyderabad Reports to: Director Marketing & CRM Job Summary: Inkarp is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and maintain our Salesforce CRM platform. The role involves user management, automation setup, data quality maintenance, report/dashboard creation, and supporting sales and marketing teams for smooth CRM operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage Salesforce user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and validation rules Monitor data quality and perform regular data cleansing and deduplication Support internal teams in CRM usage, troubleshoot issues, and provide training Coordinate with external Salesforce support/vendors when needed Implement automation and process improvements using flows and process builder Ensure CRM aligns with sales, service, and marketing processes at Inkarp Requirements: 1–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
