Salesforce Administrator The Salesforce Administrator will play a critical role in the management and operation of our Salesforce CRM platform. This position is responsible for maintaining the Salesforce system, implementing updates, and configuring the platform to meet the evolving needs of our business. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products,upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration with other core operating systems, and maintain the Salesforce ecosystem in alignment with business processes and platform best practices. Apply Now Share Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Customization for Property Management: Customize the Salesforce platform to cater to the unique needs of a large single-family property management company, including custom objects and fields related to buildings/units, listings, resident management, owner account management, leases, and new client opportunities. Integration and Automation: Implement and maintain integrations with external property management systems, screening software, and other business tools to streamline operations. Automate processes related to tenant onboarding, rent collection, maintenance scheduling, and lease renewals to improve efficiency and accuracy. User Support and Training for Internal Teams: Serve as the primary Salesforce support contact for PM ops and support teams. Develop and deliver targeted training sessions to ensure all teams can efficiently use Salesforce in their daily operations. Data Management for Property Portfolios: Oversee the management of data within Salesforce related to properties, tenants, leases, and maintenance activities. Ensure high data quality and integrity with regular audits and clean-up activities. Implement data security measures tailored to the sensitivity of tenant and property information. System Performance Optimization: Monitor the Salesforce systems performance within the property management context. Gather feedback from internal teams to continuously refine and optimize workflows, customizations, and integrations to meet the dynamic needs of the business. Reporting and Analytics for Property Management: Develop custom dashboards and reports within Salesforce to provide real-time insights into property performance, tenant satisfaction, lease expirations, and maintenance activities. Use data analytics to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvement. Project Management for Salesforce Initiatives: Along with the Solutions Architect, help lead Salesforce-related projects, including new feature implementations and system upgrades, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Work closely with internal stakeholders to define requirements, set timelines, and ensure successful project execution. Education and Experience: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Salesforce Administrator Certification (required). 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment. Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model / architecture, and security model. Proven ability to implement, update, and maintain Salesforce systems. Nice to Have: Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce products and platform. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues, find solutions, and implement fixes or enhancements. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to translate complex technical issues into understandable terms for non-technical users. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Project Management: Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple priorities.
