Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Design & Architecture : Develop and maintain the overall architecture of the Customer Data Platform. Define the integration strategy to connect disparate customer data sources (e.g., CRM systems, marketing platforms, transactional systems, etc.). Design scalable and secure solutions to unify customer data into a single, consistent view. Ensure that the CDP architecture supports advanced analytics, machine learning models, and real-time data processing. Data Integration & Modeling : Lead efforts to integrate structured and unstructured data sources into the CDP, ensuring data consistency and quality. Design data models for customer segmentation, personalization, and reporting. Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data pipelines meet business requirements. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management : Work closely with business stakeholders, including marketing, customer service, product, and IT teams, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Provide guidance on best practices for customer data management and governance. Ensure alignment between the CDP architecture and the broader data and technology strategy. Data Governance & Security : Ensure data privacy and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) are met across all aspects of the CDP. Define and implement data governance policies to maintain high-quality, consistent, and secure customer data. Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor the performance of the CDP and make recommendations for improvements. Optimize data processing workflows and architecture for scalability and efficiency. Innovation & Research : Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and technologies related to customer data platforms. Recommend and implement emerging technologies to improve the capabilities of the CDP.
