Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with strong background in Salesforce administration to join our team. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Specifically, you will: Analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications. Provide Salesforce administration support. Ensure the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions through your expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management. Role Responsibilities Business Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements. Translate these into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Collaborative Solution Design: Partner with cross-functional teams (including developers, Salesforce admins, architects, and project managers) to design and configure innovative Salesforce solutions that meet evolving business needs. Salesforce Configuration & Customization: Lead the configuration of Salesforce, including the creation of custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process builder automations, and Lightning pages, to meet business objectives. Data Management & Migration: Oversee data mapping, data migration, and integration activities, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and smooth transitions. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any data discrepancies. User Management & Security: Manage Salesforce user setup, roles, profiles, and permission sets, ensuring secure access and compliance with organizational policies. Process Automation: Implement process automation solutions using tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Apex, driving efficiency and reducing manual effort across the organization. End-User Support & Training: Deliver engaging training sessions for end-users, ensuring they understand and adopt Salesforce best practices. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure user satisfaction and maximize Salesforce utilization. Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead the testing efforts for new configurations and customizations, ensuring that all Salesforce solutions are tested thoroughly, validated, and meet business requirements before deployment. Continuous Improvement & Optimization: Stay current on Salesforce platform enhancements, new features, and industry best practices. Recommend and implement improvements that enhance system performance, user experience, and business results. Project Management Collaboration: Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery, tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring stakeholder expectations are met. Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant Salesforce certifications and continuous learning are a plus. Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator, with a strong focus on system configuration and business process optimization. Salesforce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Proficient in configuration tools like Lightning App Builder, Process Builder, and Flow. Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification required. Advanced certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, others are highly desirable. Data Management & Integration: Proven experience in Salesforce data management, including data migration, integration (e.g., API, ETL), and data cleansing techniques. Business Analysis & Documentation: Strong ability to analyze business processes and create clear documentation (user stories, process flows, and functional specifications) that drive clarity and alignment across teams. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Agile Methodology Experience: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred, including familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. Project Delivery: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
