Role: Salesforce Business Analyst Experience: 9+ Years Location: Pune Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce projects. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver Salesforce solutions that meet business needs. Document functional specifications, user stories, and business processes. Support Salesforce configuration, customization, and optimization efforts. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in post-implementation support. Provide training and guidance to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions. Ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized to meet evolving business needs. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud). Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional design. Proficiency in documenting business requirements, use cases, and user stories.
