Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Business Analyst located in Udaipur. The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for managing salesforce.com administration, performing business analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, and analyzing business processes. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating with various stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement within the Salesforce system, and providing actionable insights to enhance business operations. Qualifications Experience in Salesforce.com Administration skillsProficiency in Business Analysis and Analytical skillsAbility to gather and document Business RequirementsUnderstanding of Business Process managementExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesExperience in the healthcare industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
