Job Description We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team and help design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, with a deep understanding of business processes and best practices. Skill / Qualifications Bachelors degree in a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role. Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud. Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, security model, data migration, and automation tools. Experience with third-party integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions. Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business process mapping. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, or Salesforce Developer (preferred). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service, or Commerce Cloud. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or SFDX. Job Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Design and implement scalable Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation. Develop and optimize reports, dashboards, and data models to support business decision-making. Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems using APIs and middleware tools. Provide user training, support, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of Salesforce. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts.
