Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Consultant with nCino Expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing the nCino Loan Origination System, along with strong technical and functional expertise in Salesforce and cloud technologies. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of the nCino Loan Origination System. Develop and maintain Salesforce APEX code and nCino workflows. Integrate nCino with Salesforce and other dependent systems. Manage nCino data migration and ensure data integrity. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and address client-specific requirements. Provide technical guidance and influence multiple teams to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Ensure cloud security and DevOps best practices are followed. Present ideas and solutions to senior and executive management. Education: Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience. Experience: Minimum 3 years of product experience in nCino Loan Origination System. Proven track record in implementing nCino Loan Origination System. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce APEX development. Extensive experience in nCino configuration and administration. Expertise in nCino/Salesforce integration development. Skilled in nCino workflow development and maintenance. Hands-on experience in nCino implementation and data migration. Strong understanding of design principles, cloud security, and DevOps. nCino, Salesforce, and AWS certifications are highly desirable. Functional Skills: Deep understanding of banking domain and commercial loan origination. Ability to manage multiple nCino modules and understand their functional impact. Experience in the complete product lifecycle and dependent systems. Effective coordination with business stakeholders. Soft Skills: Ability to influence teams on technical considerations, enhancing their productivity and effectiveness. Self-motivated and able to drive initiatives without supervision.
