Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesforce Coordinator located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Salesforce Coordinator will be responsible for managing Salesforce operations, providing technical support, troubleshooting, network administration, and maintaining system efficiency. Daily tasks include analyzing data, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating with various departments to optimize the use of Salesforce for achieving business goals. QualificationsStrong Analytical SkillsExperience in Salesforce ERPTechnical Support and Basic Troubleshooting skillsGood communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExperience with Salesforce administration is a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
