Key Responsibilities: 1. LWC Development & Customization: Design, develop, and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC) for enhanced UI/UX. Build modular, reusable components to be used across Salesforce applications. Ensure performance, security, and maintainability of LWC-based applications. 2. Salesforce Development: Develop Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes to support business logic. Work with SOQL, SOSL, and Governor Limits to ensure efficiency. Implement Salesforce Flows and Process Builders to automate business processes. 3. Salesforce Cloud Customization: Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts. Work with Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud features based on business needs. Implement dynamic dashboards, reports, and workflow automation. 4. Integration & API Development: Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with external applications. Implement OAuth, JWT, and SAML-based authentication for secure data exchange. Use Platform Events and Streaming APIs for real-time updates. 5. Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit testing (Apex Test Classes, Jest for LWC) with 75%+ code coverage. Debug and optimize performance issues using Chrome DevTools, Lightning Inspector, and Workbench. 6. Deployment & Version Control: Use SFDX (Salesforce DX), Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Jenkins) for deployment. Handle metadata management and package-based development for scalability. 7. Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with business analysts, admins, and other developers to understand requirements. Document technical specifications, best practices, and development guidelines. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. Preferred Skills & Experience: 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong LWC expertise. Expertise in Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud (any one or more). Strong command over Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript . Experience with REST/SOAP APIs & integrations . Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, etc.) . Familiarity with Security Best Practices (CRUD, FLS, Shield Encryption) . Hands-on experience in Salesforce Admin configurations (Objects, Flows, Permission Sets, etc.) .
