Salesforce Developer

Job Description

Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and implementation. Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certifications. Technical Expertise: o Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products. o Proficiency in Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards. o Experience with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus. o Understanding of integration patterns and working with APIs (REST/SOAP). o Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader or third-party ETL tools. Soft Skills: o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Excellent communication and client-facing skills. o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. o Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Preferred Experience: Exposure to Salesforce industry solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, or Marketing Cloud) is a plus. Experience working with third-party AppExchange solutions. Knowledge of DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset) and CI/CD best practices.
