Job Title: Salesforce Developer Location: Noida, sector 62 (Hybrid) Experience: 4+ years Timings : IST Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Mid-level Salesforce development experience, with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein AI. Salesforce Developer Certification ( Platform Developer I or II ) is highly desirable. Experience with middleware solutions, specifically Boomi, is required. Experience with CTI integration is beneficial. Competencies : Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Salesforce development tools and practices, with the ability to implement complex functionalities and integrations. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of tackling challenges independently and as part of a team. Communication: Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members and collaborate across distributed teams. Adaptability: Comfort with a fast-paced, evolving project landscape and the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
