Roles & Responsibilities:- Develop and administer Salesforce.com CRM across multiple clouds. Customize Salesforce CRM applications to meet diverse business requirements. Optimize sales, customer engagement, and service management through proficient use of Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud. Conduct requirement analysis, functional design, and develop functional specifications for customized implementations and modules. Manage Salesforce Administration tasks including Profiles, Roles, Page Layouts, Org-Wide Defaults, Sharing Rules, Flow, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards. Develop using SFDC tools such as Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Apex Test Methods, Batch Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Custom Labels, and Settings. Create reusable components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) for dynamic, user-friendly Salesforce applications. Utilize knowledge of Aura Components. Participate in various stages of the development life cycle, ensuring quality management. Engage in Agile Methodology and Sprint Planning with the Business. Experience: Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM platform. Expert level knowledge in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Analytics Cloud. Experience in Salesforce implementation/Support on Salesforce as platform. Knowledge in Apex coding Expert level in out of box configuration, salesforce architecture Depth knowledge in LW components Depth knowledge in Salesforce RDBMS, Other RDBMS Knowledge in integration with SAP Knowledge in integration with 3rd party API Knowledge in Agri Industry or related industry would be an added advantage. B.E. (IT) / EEE/ EIE/ECE Technical Certifications in Development Platform Salesforce Certifications Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) Skill Set/Competency: Document preparation skills HTML JavaScript Apex Data Loader Workbench Flosum Lightning Aura Components Lightning Web Components Knowledge in MS Office Salesforce.com CRM (across multiple clouds) Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud Salesforce Administration: Profiles, Roles, Page Layouts, Org-Wide Defaults, Sharing Rules, Flow, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards SFDC tools: Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Apex Test Methods, Batch Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Custom Labels Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components Agile Methodology Sprint Planning
