Weare looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Financial ServiceCloud Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform, focusingon Financial Services Cloud (FSC). The ideal candidate will have a deepunderstanding of the Financial Services industry, Salesforce architecture, andcloud solutions, along with hands-on expertise in implementing and optimizingSalesforce Financial Service Cloud for clients. KeyResponsibilities: Lead and execute Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (FSC) implementations for financial institutions, including banks, insurance firms, and wealth management companies. design and configure FSC solutions to address business needs, such as client onboarding, financial planning, case management, and portfolio management. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other platform tools. Configure Salesforce Financial Service Cloud to support end-to-end processes such as financial services automation, customer engagement, and integration with third-party systems. Provide subject matter expertise in Financial Service Cloud, including best practices for data modeling, security, and compliance with industry regulations. Optimize and fine-tune Salesforce Financial Cloud environments, ensuring high performance, scalability, and usability. Lead the integration of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, payment gateways, etc.). Deliver end-user training and provide post-deployment support to ensure seamless transition and adoption of the platform. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and financial services industry trends. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, and consulting, with at least 3-5 years focused on Salesforce Financial Service Cloud. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud capabilities and its application in the financial services industry. Strong experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migration strategies. Expertise in customizing Salesforce Financial Service Cloud for various financial service use cases. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (e.g., workflows, process builder, flows, reports, and dashboards). Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including profiles, roles, and permission sets. Salesforce certifications (preferably Salesforce Financial Service Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Platform Developer, and Administrator certifications). Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
