Job Summary: The Salesforce Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of Salesforce solutions that support and align with business goals. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, and the leadership to guide cross-functional teams toward successful delivery. Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain a scalable and future-proof Salesforce architecture strategy aligned with organizational objectives. Design and implement solutions across Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications and architectural blueprints. Lead, mentor, and provide technical oversight to Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts. Conduct regular assessments of the Salesforce ecosystem to identify opportunities for performance enhancement, automation, and cost optimization. Stay informed about the latest Salesforce releases, features, and ecosystem changes to guide ongoing platform evolution. Ensure architecture aligns with data integrity, governance, security, and compliance standards. Support integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems, using APIs and middleware solutions. Maintain comprehensive documentation covering solution architecture, data models, integration patterns, and technical standards. Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and platform implementation. Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) strongly preferred. Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale, including multi-cloud and multi-org environments. Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, data architecture, security protocols, and integration patterns. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus. Demonstrated ability to lead projects in agile, fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
