Salesforce QA Engineer

Job Description

Job Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience : 3+ Years Job Summary: Test Planning & Execution: Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom components. Automation: Implement and manage automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, Copado, or similar to enhance testing efficiency. Integration Testing: Conduct integration testing to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, collaborating with development teams for resolution. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Continuous Improvement: Participate in retrospectives and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce applications. Proficiency in testing Salesforce components, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and workflows. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile frameworks. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder. Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SOAP UI. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of data migration testing within Salesforce.
