Role & Responsibilities Work directly with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to the Sales Cloud platform. Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud features including Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, and Forecasting. Implement and optimize sales processes within Salesforce to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy. Design and implement workflows, process builders, validation rules, and Lightning components as needed. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools. Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product managers, developers, and testers in Agile sprints. Ensure documentation of configurations, customizations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Preferred Candidate Profile 48 years of overall Salesforce experience with strong focus on Sales Cloud implementations . Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator certifications preferred. Proven experience with custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components) and third-party integrations . Strong understanding of CRM processes and B2B sales lifecycle . Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote, contractual engagement. Prior experience in handling short-term client projects or consulting engagements (4–6 months) is highly desirable
