Extensive experience and expertise in Salesforce platform, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations Strong English communication skills (B2+) to effectively interact with client managers, development teams, and other stakeholders Proven track record of leading large teams and successfully delivering technical projects in a telecommunications or similar domain Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve platform limitations and translate business requirements into technical solutions Ability to stay calm and focused under tight deadlines, with a stress-resistant and can-do attitude.
