Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products that meet their needs. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a retail environment. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems. Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
