Job Opening: Senior Salon Manager – FTV Salon Trivandrum Location: Trivandrum, Kerala Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000/month + Performance Incentives Company: Whitemagic Fashions – Master Franchisee of FTV Salons, Kerala About the Company Whitemagic Fashions is the Master Franchisee of Fashion TV Salons in Kerala , operating multiple premium outlets across the state. We are committed to setting new standards in the beauty and wellness industry through professional management and high-quality services. Our Trivandrum outlet is looking for a Senior Salon Manager to lead day-to-day operations, manage the team, and ensure customer satisfaction with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations and team performance at FTV Salon, Trivandrum Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service flow Supervise grooming, discipline, and attendance of salon staff Coordinate staff schedules, shift rotations, and task delegation Support hiring coordination in association with head office Maintain service quality and client engagement Handle escalations and client feedback promptly Achieve monthly sales and service targets Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and brand presentation Submit daily/weekly reports to the operations team Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Salon Manager or Senior Stylist with team handling experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Must be fluent in Hindi and Malayalam Friendly, well-groomed, and target-oriented Basic knowledge of salon software is an added advantage Willingness to work flexible shifts Why Join Us?
