We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Sales & Marketing Executives to join our dynamic team in the Home Interior industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within fields like Sanitaryware, Ceramics, Tiles, Wooden Flooring, Plumbing Pipes & Fittings, Modular Kitchens, Furniture, Automations, or any related sector.As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for actively promoting premium brands, identifying potential high-end clients, providing excellent customer support, and efficiently closing sales.Key Responsibilities:Sales Execution: Proactively identify and target potential clients in the assigned segments (Sanitaryware, Ceramics, Tiles, etc.), providing expert sales presentations and product knowledge.Client Management: Pitch premium brands to high-end customers, ensuring top-tier service and assistance throughout the sales cycle.Lead Follow-up: Develop a robust pipeline, follow up on leads, close sales, and meet or exceed sales targets.Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Market Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive business growth.Desired Candidate Profile:Experience: Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the Home Interior industry (Sanitaryware, Ceramics, Tiles, Wooden Flooring, Modular Kitchen, Furniture, etc.)Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.Target-Oriented: Ability to meet sales targets and performance goals.Proven Sales Record: Previous experience pitching to high-end customers and closing premium deals.Proactive Approach: Self-driven with a strong ability to identify new business opportunities.Additional Requirements:Gender Preference: Male candidates are preferred.Transportation: Candidates with a two-wheeler will be given preference.Work Schedule: Full-time role with regular working hours (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM).Location: In-person at our office.Benefits & Perks:Cell Phone Reimbursement for work-related calls.Paid Sick Time for your well-being.Performance-Based Bonus to reward your hard work and achievements.Petrol Allowance to assist with travel expenses.Incentives & Bonuses based on sales performance.
