Project Feasibility & MassingAssess project feasibility in terms of built-up area, saleable area, and other specifications during the Technical Due Diligence (TDD) stage.Prepare rough estimates, including FSI, number of towers, height, and key specifications, to aid in project costing and budgeting.Prepare and send RFPs (Request for Proposals) for design consultants while ensuring alignment with regional and zonal offices.Ensure consultant costs (architects, structural consultants, etc.) remain within the approved business plan budget.2.
