Role & responsibilitiesDiscuss with business stake-holders/clients to understand business requirements.Document requirements into Project Management Tools like JIRA, Redmine, Fogbugz, etc.Coordinate with developers to efficiently implement the specs as approved by the business stake-holdersFollow up with business stake-holders for any impediments raised by developers and communicate the resolutions to developersWrite up Knowledge Base articles that aid end users to understand dashboards and reports.Support customers for any queries on the product.Preferred work timing 2 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST (Flexible timings as long as there is considerable overlap in IST & EST timezones).Skills & Experience Requirement: Excellent communication skills (English/Tamil)Experience in Requirement Gathering over direct communications with product end users (3+ years)SQL querying skills (3+ years)Advanced Excel skills (3+ years)Experience with Databases, Data Warehousing, Reporting or Analytics (3+ years)Good knowledge of business analysis and systems design.Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.Good understanding of data handling and reporting methodologies.Problem Solving & AnalysisBusiness AcumenGood to have: (1 or more of the below) Experience in working with BI tools like Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, Microsoft PowerBI, QlikView, Looker, SSRS, etcExperience in working with ERP products like Infor Syteline, SAP, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, Epicor, QAD etc.Experience in building IT solutions for the Manufacturing domainExperience in working with Data Warehouse applicationsExperience in QA of Software products.Location - Remote.
