SAP ABAP Architect / SME

Job Description

Responsibilities Manage and oversee SAP ABAP projects from initiation to completion. Lead and mentor a team of SAP ABAP developers. Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP solutions with integration to SAP HANA. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP and HANA. Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP ABAP and HANA technologies. Develop and maintain software based on product backlog features and developed high-level design. Continuous integration on configuration and delivery. Perform technical reviews on software design and coding Follow standard team processes and guidelines and ensure process conformance. Participate in Weekly meetings/calls with internal and external Product Owners. Contribute effectively in the continuous improvement of his/her project, team, and work environment by submitting improvement proposals whenever possible. Raise flags proactively for any issue that can impact his/her project or team. Education/Training BE, MCA (Preferred), B.Sc. in Computer Science Professional experience- 12 + years of professional experience Technical Specifications Must Familiarity with SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO, QM, etc.) ABAP/4 Object programming Object Oriented ABAP applications on SAP NetWeaver platform Data dictionary object Creation (Tables, Views, Data elements, search, etc...) Dialog Programming (Screen elements, Screen painter, Table control, Tab script, Screen flow logic, module pool, etc...) Experience in core ABAP programming (Classical/Interactive Reports, SMARTFORMS, Adobe form and ALV reports, Enhancement etc.) Experience in building interfaces (RFCs, File interface, Web services, BAPI) Understanding of Parallel processing in ABAP Experience in memory and performance tracing and solutions to improve them. Experience in dynamic coding in ABAP Excellent Communication skills Extensive experience with SAP ABAP development. Proficiency in SAP HANA. Experience with UI5, Fiori Experience with SAP BW and BEx queries Strong project management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
