Job Description

Looking for an experienced Senior ABAP Consultant for ECC to S/4HANA migration project. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the ABAP development team to ensure successful S/4HANA migration . Analyze existing ECC ABAP custom developments and provide remediation, optimization, and conversion strategies for S/4HANA compatibility. Develop, enhance, and optimize custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW) in an S/4HANA environment. Ensure code compliance with SAP best practices and utilize ABAP on HANA techniques for improved performance. Handle Fiori/UI5 adaptation for custom developments where applicable. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of ABAP development experience. Strong expertise in ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and Performance Optimization . Hands-on experience in OData Services, Fiori/UI5 extensions, and ABAP RESTful Programming Model (RAP) is preferred. Proficiency in RICEFW development and ABAP debugging/troubleshooting . Experience with data migration tools (LSMW, BDC, IDOCs, or BODS) in an S/4HANA environment. Strong understanding of S/4HANA simplifications, custom code adaptation, and extensibility options .
