SAP ABAP-HR Experience : 5-9 Years Location : Q City Nanakramguda Hyderabad Mode : Permanent/ Full time Job Responsibilities: Understand business requirements related to HCM processes and provide solutions within SAP Personnel Administration (PA), Organization Management (OM), Payroll, Benefits, Time, ESS/MSS or other HCM components. Develops and maintains business applications. Enhances end-user experience and meets business needs. Collaborates with Business Analysts and follows specifications. Designs and develops complex solutions by applying business process understanding. Build technical specifications, ensures coding standards with utmost quality adhering to the best practices and provides updates. Provides end-user support and resolves technical issues. Optimizes system performance. To take up responsibilities and to learn new skills. Experience: Approximately 5 - 9 years of SAP business application development experience, including 3 full lifecycle projects. Expertise in the areas of: SAP ABAP RICEF (mandatory), SAP ABAP HR with HCM (mandatory), WebDynpro ABAP, SAP Business Workflow, SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP Integration Suite, SAP SuccessFactors. Experience with SAP HCM modules - Payroll Management (PM), Personnel Administration (PA), Organization Management (OM), Benefits Administration, Recruitment Management, Time Management, Onboarding-Employee Central, Manager and Employee Self Services (MSS/ESS), Learning Management Systems (LMS). SAP Certification in relevant technologies is a plus. Skills: SAP ABAP RICEF tools and technologies Expertise in ABAP HR with good exposure to HCM SAP Business Workflow Webdynpro ABAP, Floor Plan Manager SAP UI5/Fiori, JavaScript, OData. Experience with SAP HCM integration with SuccessFactors, PTP (Point-to-Point) and BIB (Business Integration Builder) Exposure to HANA Coding like CDS, AMDP will be an added advantage
