Job Title: SAP ABAP Lead Location: Chennai / Bangalore (Hybrid or On-site as required) Company: Kaar Technologies Experience: 8+ years Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent) Job Summary: Kaar Technologies is seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Lead with hands-on experience in Core ABAP , CDS Views , OData services , and SAP Workflow . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical design, development, and implementation across SAP projects with a strong focus on performance, quality, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of SAP ABAP solutions across modules like MM, SD, FI, etc. Develop custom programs using ABAP , CDS Views , OData Services , and Workflows . Collaborate with functional consultants and architects to deliver business requirements. Ensure code quality and conduct peer reviews for the development team. Guide and mentor junior developers within the team. Participate in end-to-end implementation, support, and upgrade projects. Troubleshoot and optimize existing custom developments for performance.
