Your role in and as SAP ABAP Consultant: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: But not limited to the following We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated SAP ABAP Consultant with 5 to 10 years of expertise in developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of ABAP programming and experience working across multiple SAP modules. You will play a key role in translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, leading development activities, and ensuring high-performance system integration. Job Description: Monitoring RICEFW tracker and distributing the work among the team. Feasibility analysis and effort estimation for change requests assigned to in RICEFW tracker. Coordinate with onsite team in gathering the requirements regarding the CRs. Supporting Offsite customers with their ABAP requirements Transforming the Functional Specifications into Technical Specifications. Perform reviews on TS and code developed by the team before sending for approvals. Roles & Responsibilities: • Provide guidance and leadership in designing, developing, and maintaining ABAP-based solutions within an organization. • Responsible for defining the overall architecture and structure of ABAP applications, aligning with the company's business goals • Reviewing ABAP code to ensure it adheres to best practices, is efficient, and meets quality standards. • Oversee the integration of ABAP applications with other systems and platforms, such as SAP modules and third-party applications. • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in ABAP applications to ensure optimal system performance. • To ensure the security of ABAP applications by implementing best practices for • authentication, authorization, and data protection. • Should train the ABAP developers to Strategic Planning • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align ABAP development efforts with the company's strategic objectives. • Should participate in information security awareness training programs to develop a complete understanding of ISMS policies and to implement ISMS best practices. • Responsible for maintaining information security in the workplace as required by the ISMS policies to create a secure work environment. • Report any security incident which comes to their notice. • Must ensure the highest standards of information security across all project phases. • Participate in ISMS management review meetings & proactively recommend and implement security enhancements, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in information security practices. Knowledge & Experience: • 5+ years of experience as SAP ABAP Consultant • Should Have basic exploration about FIORI • Experience in leading and guiding teams to develop and deliver project goals. • Experience in various Upgrade projects, Merger/Demerger Projects and statutory projects. • Good practical Knowledge in HANA ABAP, Inline coding, CDS Views, OData Services, Fiori etc... Good Practical knowledge in Upgrades and SAP Implementations.
