Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6 –8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development with a strong focus on Reports, ALE, IDocs, OData services , AMDP, CDS Views and SAP system integrations . You will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions that align with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain custom reports using ABAP (Classical, Interactive, ALV). Design and implement ALE/IDoc configurations for data exchange between SAP and external systems. Build and expose OData services for SAP Fiori and third-party integrations. Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Work on SAP integrations with third-party systems using various protocols (RFC, BAPI, REST, SOAP). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IDocs, data transfer, and system interfaces. Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of existing programs. Provide technical documentation and support for implemented solutions. Required Skills: Strong experience in ABAP development including Reports, Enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits. Having a strong hands-on experience on AMDP, CDS Views. Proficient in ALE/IDoc configuration, development, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with OData service creation and consumption . Solid understanding of SAP integration techniques (PI/PO, CPI, API Management is a plus). Good understanding of SAP modules like MM, SD, FI, or others is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. SAP Certification in ABAP or Integration technologies is a plus. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
