Job Description

We are seeking an experience ABAP Lead to join our SAP Development team. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP/BTP/CPI-Based solutions to meet business requirements. The ABAP lead will be responsible for leading a team of ABAP developers, mentoring, and guiding them to ensure high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development and implementation of SAP ABAP/BTP/CPI based solutions.Mentor and guide a team of ABAP/Fiori Developers.Ensure high quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesDevelop and maintain technical documentationStay up to date with latest ABAP technologies and trends Requirements:Total 8+ years of experience in ABAP Development.Minimum 3+ years of experience in leading ABAP development teamsCandidate must have worked on 1-2 SAP Implementation ProjectsStrong expertise in ABAP Programming, including Module-Pool, OOABAP, ABAP Workbench, and RICEFW objectsExperience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud PlatformVery good leadership, Communication, and Problem-solving skillsAbilities to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Qualifications:Education: B.E IT or similar Computer engineering graduate, or related field.Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP Lead role.
