Job Title: SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) - Analytics & FP&A Level: L2 / L3 Experience: 10+ Years Location: [Specify Location] Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) - Analytics & FP&A Expert with 10+ years of experience in SAC, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and enterprise analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAC Planning, Predictive Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), and S/4HANA integration to drive data-driven decision-making and financial performance optimization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and enterprise reporting. Develop and optimize SAC Planning models, predictive analytics, and advanced dashboards to support strategic financial decision-making. Configure and enhance SAC stories, models, data actions, and calculations for dynamic reporting and forecasting. Integrate SAC with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and other data sources for real-time financial analytics. Design and implement multi-dimensional planning scenarios, including top-down/bottom-up forecasting, scenario planning, and driver-based modeling. Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and IT teams to understand business needs and deliver scalable analytics and planning solutions. Drive automation of financial processes, including revenue planning, cost forecasting, workforce planning, and operational budgeting. Leverage machine learning and predictive analytics within SAC to enhance forecast accuracy and business insights. Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and performance optimization for SAC solutions. Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) - Planning and Analytics. Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling. Experience in SAC Data Models, Allocations, Value Driver Trees, Data Actions, and Advanced Formulas. Hands-on experience integrating SAC with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SQL databases, and non-SAP sources. Deep understanding of SAC Predictive Analytics, Smart Insights, and Machine Learning. Proficiency in SAP BW, CDS Views, and SAP HANA modeling. Strong experience in Data Visualization, KPI development, and self-service analytics. Familiarity with SAC APIs, scripting, and automation techniques. Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset and attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certified in SAC Planning & Analytics. Experience in SAP Group Reporting, BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation), or Embedded Analytics. Knowledge of Financial Consolidation, IFRS/GAAP Reporting, and Multi-Currency Planning. Understanding of AI/ML-driven analytics and business intelligence.
