Primary Skills Required: SAP BASIS Administration (5+ years) S/4 HANA Upgrade & Migration SAP HANA Database Management Backup/Restore, DR, Performance SAP RISE Implementation & Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (Cloud-based SAP System Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Transport Management, System Copies, Landscape SAP Solution Manager (Optional but ITIL Processes Knowledge (Nice to Have) Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP S/4 HANA upgrades , system refreshes , and migrations with a focus on minimal downtime and adherence to best Administer and optimize SAP HANA databases , handling performance tuning, capacity planning, and backup/recovery Manage SAP RISE cloud environments , ensuring secure, scalable, and integrated SAP operations across AWS/Azure/GCP. Perform installation, patching, and configuration of SAP systems including ECC, S/4 HANA, NetWeaver in multi-tiered landscapes. Monitor system health, identify performance bottlenecks, and perform root cause analysis for resolution of complex issues. Support disaster recovery planning and testing to maintain business continuity. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards; manage roles and authorizations. Collaborate across functional and technical teams for new SAP rollouts, change management, and ongoing Create and maintain technical documentation , standard operating procedures, and solution blueprints. Guide and mentor junior BASIS administrators and liaise with external vendors as needed. Interested?
