Job Description

Role & responsibilities Ability to handle SAP HANA DB, SAP S4HANA, and Application environments SAP HANA with good knowledge in HANA Administration and troubleshooting, DB upgrade and Refresh activities, HA and DR administration Deep understanding in Version Upgrade, Support pack upgrade, and Database Upgrade. Strong working in AMS support projects with expert knowledge in different flavors of SAP, OS, and DB. Deep Knowledge in ABAP and JAVA stack administration (Installation, Upgrades, and Maintenance). Handling day to day Basis operations such as part of AMS support. Flexible to work in shifts and to lead projects. Familiar with SAP Products (SAP ECC, PO, Portal, SOLMAN, BOBJ, IDM and Administration Expertise in troubleshooting performance issues, handling critical issues and preparing RCA. Knowledge in OS/DB migration or S/4 HANA transformation strategies and implementation. Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with extensive hands-on experience in SAP installations, configurations, and migrations. Should be interested to learn and work on automation products. In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and associated technologies. Proficiency in database administration (e.g., Oracle, HANA, SQL Server) and operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows). Advanced SAP certifications or specialization in SAP S/4HANA and cloud solutions. SAP Basis certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) are highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of technical professionals. Experience in guiding and supporting junior consultants.
