Job Description: Job Summary We are hiring an experienced SAP Basis Consultant (6+ years) for a client project with LTIMindtree . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Basis administration, including hands-on experience with S/4 HANA , HANA DB , system upgrades, and migrations. The role involves system monitoring, performance tuning, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal SAP system performance. This is a Permanent position through IntVerse IT Solutions , with immediate or short notice joiners preferred. Key Responsibilities End-to-end SAP Basis administration including installation, upgrade, patching, and configuration. Experience in managing S/4 HANA systems and HANA database administration. Perform system health checks, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of SAP environments. Manage client copies, system refreshes, transport management, and backups. SAP user administration, role maintenance, and authorizations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution. Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an added advantage. Exposure to SAP Solution Manager is desirable. Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP Basis administration . Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, ECC, S/4 HANA, BW, Fiori, and HANA DB. Experience in system migrations, upgrades, and performance tuning. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. SAP certification in BASIS or HANA (preferred). Soft Skills Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Analytical Thinking: Skilled at diagnosing problems and developing effective solutions under pressure. Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with developers, functional consultants, and business users. Ownership & Accountability: Takes full responsibility for deliverables and system performance.
