Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration, system upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our SAP landscape while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business requirements. Key Responsibilities: SAP System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems, including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, and other SAP modules. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. Upgrades & Patching: Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Security & Compliance: Manage user authorizations, roles, and security settings to ensure compliance with industry standards. Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with functional and development teams. System Monitoring: Utilize SAP Solution Manager and other tools for proactive monitoring and issue resolution. Disaster Recovery & Backup: Implement and maintain backup strategies and disaster recovery plans. Collaboration: Work with infrastructure, database, and application teams to ensure seamless SAP operations. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP Basis administration. Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP NetWeaver, HANA, and cloud-based SAP solutions. Strong knowledge of database management (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA). Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. Certifications: SAP Basis or HANA certification is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\ Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SAP S/4 HANA migration and cloud-based SAP solutions.
