Urgent Requirement: SAP Build Process Automation (BPA) Trainers (Freelancer) Needed! We are actively seeking experienced SAP trainers for immediate corporate training assignments in the following modules: SAP Build Process Automation (BPA) : Period of Training : 100 Hours ( 25 Half Days , 4 hours per day ) Training Size : 20 PAX Mode: Online Audience Skills : Workflow , ABAP , Fiori , UI5 Training Of Content (TOC) : Understanding the architecture, components, and core concepts of SAP Build Process Automation. Learning about the different types of automations, such as SAPGUI, Web, and SAP Fiori Apps. Familiarizing with the fundamentals of SAP BTP Cloud Foundry & Kyma Understanding the 5 pillars of SAP Build : Lobby, Process Builder, Automation, Content, and Build Workzone. Creating, automating, and optimizing end-to-end business workflows. Designing and building processes and workflows using a visual, no-code process builder. Creating forms for requests and approvals using a drag-and-drop interface. Developing and managing decision logic in tabular decision tables. Automating repetitive tasks within existing process flows using Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Creating and configuring forms to start business processes, send tasks for approvals, and notify users. Creating process conditions to route processes based on business criteria. Mastering task automation, integration with SAP systems, and custom process development. Using robotic process automation to automate repetitive tasks. Integrating with SAP and non-SAP solutions. Leveraging AI capabilities for intelligent automation. Creating and managing decision logic in tabular, spreadsheet-like decision tables. Using the automation recorder to accelerate bot creation. Troubleshooting and optimizing automation workflows. Diagnosing issues, enhancing performance, and improving automated workflows. Monitoring automated processes. Understanding process visibility dashboards. Workflow orchestration with features like digitalized workflows, request and approval forms, and decision logic. Intelligent automation with embedded AI, including template-based intelligent document processing and LLM-based document information extraction. Pre-built content and features, such as bots, process steps, business rules, and workflow components. Pre-built solutions for common scenarios, such as invoice processing, purchase order management, and sales order processing. Integration with Microsoft Office products (Excel and Outlook).
