Key Responsibilities: Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of SAP solutions in alignment with business needs and best practices. Act as a subject matter expert on SAP-related issues, guiding and supporting clients and internal teams. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements. Develop and configure SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HCM, SAP WM, etc.) according to client specifications. Ensure smooth integration between SAP systems and other enterprise applications. Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and performance. Provide training and support to end-users during and post-implementation. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP trends and updates, offering insights to optimize the system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. Support data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP. Prepare documentation for system configurations, customizations, and procedures. Assist with the maintenance and upgrade of the SAP system as required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an SAP Consultant with in-depth knowledge of SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, etc.). Strong understanding of SAP configuration and customization, including hands-on experience. Experience with full-cycle SAP implementations (design, configuration, testing, deployment). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good understanding of business processes in [insert relevant industry, e.g., manufacturing, finance, supply chain]. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. SAP certification (preferred, depending on module) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working with SAP S/4HANA. Experience in data migration and integration with other systems. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Experience working in [insert industry-specific experience].
